Job Applications

When you're unemployed or want to change your team you can apply for a new job at an available team. You can apply to as many teams as you want and define the priority of your applications in your manager info page. There you'll see all your current applications ordered by priority. To change that order simply drag the application you want to move and drop it in the desired position.

The decision about which manager will get the job when more than one manager is applying for the same team is based in the manager ranking. If both have the same rank score their current board rating on their respective teams is used to break the tie (unemployed managers have a 50 rating). As a last criteria, if the managers have equal rank score and rating, the one who first joined the dimension wins.

In the News page you'll find a list of teams whose manager's job is at risk. It is possible to apply for a job on those teams as well, but they'll only be considered if the manager performance keeps decreasing and he/she ends up being fired. In the other hand, if his/her performance improves you'll receive a message from their board rejecting your application.
