This is your mailbox. In the left you'll see a list of messages sent to you either by the system or by another managers. The most recent ones will be displayed in the top. To read a message simply click on it's subject and the content will be displayed in the right.
You can delete multiple messages by marking the checkboxes on their left side and clicking the delete button. Individual messages can also be deleted using the delete action right above their contents, in the right side. Please make sure you delete your old and/or unwanted messages to save space for new ones.
While viewing a message sent by another manager a reply action will be available. This link works exactly like a reply action in a common email application. There is also an action to mark a message as unread, for cases when you read a message but wants it to be displayed as unread so you can easily remember to read it again later.
