The Board
From RS Wiki
General information about the board expectations and opinion is displayed here. At the top you'll find the Board expectations for each competition your team will be playing in the current season. These are just informative and should give you an idea of how they feel about your team compared to your opponents.
Right below the expectations there a section where you can see the board opinion about your performance. There are 10 levels of performance:
- You are doing terrible!
- We are not happy.
- Need some improvement.
- Could be Better.
- You are doing OK.
- Not Bad.
- You are doing a good job.
- Very Good!
- Excellent work!
- Outstanding performance!
The way the board rates your performance is based on each official match you play. The field (home or away), the opponent's quality and the score are taken in consideration. In other words, a draw against a weaker opponent is not a good result, while an away draw against a stronger or equivalent squad can is usually good. Victories are always good while losses are always bad, even when they're expected. Scoring lots of goals can also cause a good impression (unless your opponent is much weaker than you). You'll receive board messages for specially good or bad results.
When the board opinion about your performance turns into "You are doing terrible!" you'll receive a warning message. Keep the bad results for a while and you'll be fired.
